Inkjet Lab offers all members the opportunity to list your images in our Members Gallery, making them available for sale to both the general public and wholesale buyers. It's simple, it's free to list your images and we only charge a low 20% commission on sales. Here's what you need to do...

1. Choose the images you want to list in the gallery.
2. Decide what media you want and then calculate your cost price using the order pages. I would recommend you offer "Print Only" for several reasons. It keeps the retail price lower and they are easier to transport.
3. Decide on a retail price. Email us for more information if you need help with this. Remember to allow for our 20% commission and some profit for yourself!
   
4. Decide whether you are offering a limited or open edition print.
5. Prepare your images for listing - The Image Size must have the long edge measure at least 800pixels to a maximum of 1000pixels.
6. Log in to your account and make sure that your Public Profile is set to "Yes, make my profile visible" and save.
7. Go back to your account and select the "My Gallery" option.
8. Fill in all the necessary details and hit Save.
9. Your image is listed!

Here's some more specific information on listing your images. The first five steps above are done offline in preparation for logging in to your account.

Gallery Rules...

• While we are not in the censorship business we do not allow any image which would generally be considered offensive, racist, pornographic or unacceptable to the general public. We will remove any images that we feel may offend our clients.
• You must only list images that are available for printing by Inkjet Lab. We do not ask for exclusive rights but when a sale is made, we will require you to send us the file for printing.
• Listing your profile only without images is not permitted.
  

Categories...
There is a wide range of categories already listed. If your image does not fit these, then please email us and request that we add one that does. You can choose up to two categories per image.

Pricing your images...
Use the order pages to calculate the costs for your selected options. When calculating the price for your image you should first decide how you will offer it for sale. We charge a 20% commission on sales so be sure to allow for that in your calculations. How much you charge for your images is up to you. Send us an email requestiing our PDF file for our most frequently asked question, "How much do I sell my prints for?".

Preparing your images for listing...
Simply prepare a copy of your image that is a jpeg file that would fit within an 800 x 800 pixel box and no larger than 1000 x 1000pixel box at a maximum of 300ppi - larger takes too long to load. So if you have a panoramic image with a 2:1 ratio, make the long side 1000pixels and the short side will be 500pixels. Remember where you save it so you can browse to it from the listing page.

Log in and enter the information...
Now that you have determined the size, media and prices for your images and prepared each image for uploading, you can log in to your account and enter the information in the boxes provided and click Save. It is important that you make your Public Profile visible or you will not appear in the list of members. You can go back at any time and edit the information if required.
